The building management is great

The building management is great, the environment are kept clean with constant cleaning, things get fixed in good time. Design is pet and children friendly with a small park. No antisocial behavior, it’s usually pretty much quiet and peaceful. Management organizes events and activities from time to time to build community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

You have LIDL and Tesco in both sides, and can get there in 10 minutes walking. You won’t have a lot of other shop options though, no restaurants, or coffee place, you’d have to get to city centre for that. There’s parking, bin room, hallways are always clean, it’s next to the road, but traffic noise isn’t bad as the walls are thick.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They contacted me within 24 hours to have it looked at and fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The o my thing would have been the proximity to a gym, but that’s being fixed with an onsite gym.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It takes some time to get anything fixed. May be a week or two. There’s always a delay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving into Soho Wharf Development, I wish I had known about the occasional noise levels from the nearby major roads and ongoing construction projects in the area. While the location is highly convenient, the traffic noise can be a bit intrusive at times, especially during peak hours. Insights and Tips: Traffic Noise: If you’re sensitive to noise, consider choosing an apartment facing away from the main roads. Higher floors also tend to be quieter. Parking Availability: Secure a parking spot early, as on-street parking can be limited, particularly in the evenings. Community Engagement: Get involved in community events organized by building management. It’s a great way to meet neighbors and stay informed about any local developments or changes. Bin Collections: Be aware of the bin collection schedule to avoid any inconvenience. Occasionally, collections can be delayed, so it’s good to stay on top of it. Local Amenities: Explore the local shops and restaurants. There are many hidden gems around that you might miss on a typical viewing.

This is one of the finest developments in Birmingham for sure. Total value for money. I would like it more if it would have Gym facilities however, it is not a major point. It is certainly very Beautiful in terms of infrastructure. Everything about it makes us feel very comfortable and safe.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the development is perfect. It is pretty close to the center hut not too close which keeps you away from the traffic and noise which allows you to relax

Yes, we have recently contacted management to request an addition of a convenience store and it as been already implemented.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Soho wharf society buildings are attractive. Management of day to day problems is through an app, which is convenient to use. Parking is a hustle as there are disproportionate number of parking spaces to living places. Overall, a nice stay it is. We are enjoying the best days here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best quality of the society is its close approximation to City centre, public transport across the road and beautiful apartments. Currently, it doesn’t have any convenience store/coffee shop or gym but they intend to open it soon.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response was quick and almost everything has been managed quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the parking spaces are not enough for everybody.
