I love the development, the design is modern and the apartments are big and well designed.

I love the development, the design is modern and the apartments are big and well designed. The concierge is excellent and the property manager we have as tenants is also great, really quick responses and resolution of issues so far. The only small issue is that there are set utility suppliers for the whole development so you're not able to switch providers for a cheaper deal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, the design of the development is modern but inkeeping with the old brewery, nice range of shops and restaurants within the development. Good transport links with Wandsworth town rail station and quick bus to Clapham junction

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues - which have been minor - were resolved promptly and we always get a quick response from the property management firm

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We don't have a parking space as we don't have a car, but you can get occasional day passes for guests.

Development is modern and you can tell a lot of money has been spent on the building! Staff are also friendly! Only concern is the poor property management, but that is due to our landlord and not Rams quarter itself! Rams quarter is perfect for a recent uni graduate or small family

Location is great. Lots of development has meant that there is plentiful bars and restaurants nearby

Landlord does not reply to messages and only offers temporary solutions

I wish I had known which energy provider to use for the best deal

Building is very well maintained and it is clear a lot of money is being spent adding facilities to ram quarter. Furthermore, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby so lots of opportunities for social events. The staff are also really friendly and helpful

Rams quarter is full of young professionals like myself who are keen to experience the social life of south west london

They have been late to reply to any of our messages and all problems have only been temporary to fixes

The cost of bills etc is much higher than expected

Noisy and lacks luxury

The concierge are simply amazing, polite and accommodating especially Ausma, Mike and Mohummad. The location is great! The area and all the food markets etc What I dislike: All the doors slam! The sound insulation is abysmal I can hear my neighbour walking around all the time. I dislike disrespectful neighbours blaring music. I worry about when retail opens and the noise Also don’t take a property that faces the courtyard as you can even hear the conversations of the London Stock restaurant. For a “luxurious” development it certainly doesn’t feel that way unfortunately as aesthetically it’s lovely.

Luxurious fail.

Development is supposed to be a luxurious one, but the reality is that some of the people that live in here are very disrespectful. We smell cigarettes 24/7 and our flat smells like a smoking area constantly thanks to our lovely neighbour. No one takes responsibility for issues.

The area has plenty of shops and restaurants, always something new to try.

I wish I knew I’d have to put up with smell of cigarettes all day and all night.

Modern kitchen features and appliances. Spacious bathroom.
