The company was founded in 2006 and is run by Dean Clifford and Grant Lipton alongside Sir Stuart Lipton who is a Non Executive Director. It has a particular focus on delivering design-led, high quality residential developments across London.It 'specialises in the life-cycle process of a development from site identification, through to planning, construction and sales.'
