Overall it is a good redevelopment which is why I scored it an overall average.

The development is good. They have update the block and the garden area as this was a car park and a separate school. The car park is now underground which has given more space for the garden. They have also totally changed the garden space which lights and plants as well as patches of grass so it looks appealing and is nice for the kids in the summer. They have given the houses new windows and a sliding door, regenerated the balconies and have given the inside of the block a new look. Overall it is a good redevelopment which is why I scored it an overall average.
