Location is great Really nice apartments inside, really good appliances Management are really helpful No noise issues Dry cleaning service Bike stolen from one of guests however dealt with appropriately by staff.

Area is great, not much noise as at top floor. Very accessible to work and restaurants

Sometimes security is strict on noise when having parties however staff polite about it

More fscilities within hotel, perhaps gym or fitmess area

No interaction with management. Modern apartments. Good appliances with good natural lighting from all sides illuminating the room. Friendly staff, easy going. Lives with baby and is suitable place for childcare.

No issues raised so far as only second week of tenancy

Amazing location, get into work easily I'm not a local so its good to be near the buzz of the centre Close to supermarkets, really convenient Amazing apartment but appliances need replacing Some facilities are run down, sometimes washing machines dont work Staff are great and helpful

Some surrounding areas arent great close to buzz of the centre

No issues raised with building management although staff helpful

Parking is really expensive, cheaper parking is far away

Some noise caused by students living within the building Great rooms Appliances good Good maintenance Review of property every six months for maintenance issues Some noise disturbances from outside at lower rooms however lives on top floor so no issue Facilities and rooms of excellent standard staff friendly

Best run building in city no hen or stag parties reducing amount of noise well run no noise disturbances from neighbours outside

Location perfect Noisy every night on alley side due to local bars and restaurants No noise between flats Management good Food accessible nearby For luxury apartments slightly expensive considering how small they are
