Not what it was supposed to be

Dandi has very little going for it when you consider the value aspect. Small amount of space and the go living aspect just doesn’t work. Any issues have been met with defensiveness from staff, and the build quality is not up to standard when you consider the amount you pay

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great but can busy on event days, there are lots of convenient shops however very hard to access during event days.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They haven’t repaired most of the general issues within the building but have repaired the issues within the studios frequently, however there have problems with the build quality more often than not.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had spoken to existing residents about the realistic side of dandi beforehand

I like the design very much overall but I have a concern regarding the BBQ terrace, it should have a proper roof because when it's raining for several days, all the furnitures get wet and can't stay outside for long, also the terraces could stay open a bit longer on weekdays too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice building in the heart of the Outlet, easily accessible , lovely staff, many things to do around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well we had miscommunications a few times with the management but usually the welcoming team is doing a great job, Laszlo and Sarah are really kind and helpful, especially in ad hoc issues, they are always approachable, friendly and quite problem-solving persons. I can tell exactly the same about the night team, Andreea and Wahab, with them I feel much safe here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don't have any of it, I am currently happy with everything

Dandi Wembley on the surface looked exciting and like a good place to meet new people through social events and building facilities. This however was not the case and the promises that the website and social media showed did not live up to this. I wish it was more transparent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is full of shops and places to eat. The Transport links are good, but there is a very big disconnect to the rest of London during Tube Strikes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management have responded well to supporting on in studio issues, however the rooms are built cheap and the building fall apart often. s

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The actual costs of living here are high when using laundry room and the bills are fairly expensive.

Close by outlet with many restaurants and shops

The working space is good, with some private single-person study spaces. But the gym area lacks facilities: no treadmill or bikes. The building management team is friendly, but the reception managers were sometimes chatting. The bi weekly cleaning facility is good, but might disrupts the sleeping schedule around 10 am.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close by outlet with many restaurants and shops. But the residence is a bit far from the tube, around 15 min walking time. The building is quite for most of the time, but door closing sounds were loud at times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Once a cutting board had dropped in a gap between shelves, and the management team responded quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The typical bill is around £100 per month per person and one cannot access the meter readings directly. The laundry machine is charged as well
