The design is modern, suitable for 1 single person

Bri s (Tenant)

Windsor House, SW16

Jul 2024

The design is modern, suitable for 1 single person. The rooms also get very dusty and the material of flooring gets dirty easily and quickly. The building management is good, always being cleaned and looked after. Property management I would say is slow and isn’t suitable for families but a lot of families in small rooms

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Loads of food stores, places to eat. There is a fire station opposite so a little loud if the windows are open. Busy roads

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

She gets the problem resolved asap very understanding

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The size isn’t suitable for families children ect .

The design of concord house is nice and done well the rooms are a nice decent size and so are the laundry rooms the car park there is also where everyone smokes and all the kids play which I don’t think is good I feel they should have a separate play area for the children

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of traffic as the building is located in the main road which is also by a hospital and parking is very hard

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes they are straight in it when you have any maintenance issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it was not suitable for children which I was led to assume it was

Love the design of the place

Bri s (Tenant)

Windsor House, SW16

May 2023

Love the design of the place just could be bigger as I have a 2 year old and me living together can fit her bed. Building management is perfect the staff are nice and sort any problems straight away. Also more kitchen side space would be nice as very little space to cook

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a good area because there’s loads of restaurants and shops needed. One thing is the fire station right opposite and bust roads is something I don’t like.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I have a problem the building manager will sort it straight away

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A good thing is that the security guards and building manager are very polite and help with any needs

Angry

Miss Mullins (Tenant)

Concord House, CR9

May 2023

I wouldn’t recommend anyone live here that have children, it’s very unsafe there’s hazards literally everywhere. This building has red ants and it’s extremely hot all year round. The rooms are not convenient for families and I think anyone that lives here including me have been left by the council like we are not a priority. This building I think should be demolished

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This building is close to the town centre which is convenient but it’s on the main busy round with loud sirens as it’s close to mayday hospital, close to transport. Not enough parking for residents. Antisocial behaviour on the main road by drunkens

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They take note but take long to act on the repairs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i was warned about all the negative point about this building because I wouldn’t of moved here otherwise

The building is amazing designs

Am (Tenant)

Windsor House, SW16

May 2023

The building is amazing designs. Air con would be great as rooms get very very hot and only small windows. Fans to be better due to only taking cooking bacon and alarm will go off easily. Although the walls could do with a touch up of paint and new mattresses when new household.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is very poor. Not many bins available. Everything is cramped together. Schools are far away not many close by. Shops are poor due to having to travel for a big shop. Behaviour round here in general is discusting.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, the repairs are on time and really handy when it comes to solving any problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Had no choice to move here due to temporary housing.
