DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - ICONBLU DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS, ONLY THEIR POCKETS

Where do I start with this useless company? In 2020 I signed a tenancy agreement with IconBlu and 2 months later they told all tenants within 24 hours notice they would start sending builders to proceed with building a new set of apartment floors on top of the 3rd floor. The builders came the next day (which I’m sure is illegal) PLEASE BE AWARE THIS WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A STRICT LOCKDOWN. I was never made aware of this before I signed the tenancy agreement or at any point before the actual email that we all received. IconBlu decided to move me to another building due to the uproar I had caused with the other tenants and I was given another apartment in their New Horizons Court building, I made this company aware that there were hundreds of pigeons in the car park but they assured me that the pigeons would go away once more and more people moved in (I was one of the first on the “penthouse” floor.) They also promised me in November 2020 that a gym is being set and would be available by September 2021. There was plenty of white residue dropping from the ceiling of the car park and damaging paint on all of the cars. My car was also damaged, but did IconBlu take responsibility? You can take a guess. Fast forward one year and in hindsight stupidly signed a tenancy agreement because it seemed like I enjoyed getting f***** from every angle from this company, a week later they told me that they wanted £2000 pcm for my 1 BED FLAT. Looking back this was the best thing to ever happen to me because I realised that I shouldn’t be giving money to these clowns. There are still pigeons flying around shitting everywhere, the car park is a mess, the brick walls haven’t even been completed or painted and there is white residue still damaging cars. Would you want your expensive car to be damaged? I think not. Would you pay £2000 pcm for 1 bed flat, NO you wouldn’t. The gym still hasn’t been completed; God knows when it will, probably when Israel takes complete control over Palestine. THE WORST COMPANY TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH. IF YOU WANT TO GET F***** AND DON’T WANT A COMPANY TO CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. That should be their slogan. I would highly advise anyone that is thinking of renting from IconBlu DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THEM. And if you’re currently renting from them take a hard look in the mirror and ask yourself if they really care about you or their other tenants. This company just wanted to get me out (someone who was always paying every month) only for someone to pay a bit more, because no one will pay £2000 a month for rent. I don’t know how many times I’ll need to say it, but they don’t care about their tenants. Don’t waste your money.
