Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet area in feltham a few min drive away from main supermarkets. Not the best location for commuting into London. Parking availability mostly good, and rarely any anti social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues have been promptly taken care of by the building caretaker.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location isn’t the best if you commute to London.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local grocery shops are relatively long to get to, I would need to drive about 3 mins to reach the closest one which isn’t ideal. Restaurants in the area aren’t too great either with a couple of exceptions. Parking availability was decent up until the council decided to add double yellow lines on Elmwood Avenue which has made it difficult to find parking now (private parking in the smith house car park is £50 a month which is excessive). Otherwise the street is good, bin collections are good and rarely see any anti social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t really had any problems, needed a lightbulb changed and a jammed window fixed which was done very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

While the flats are good and modern, feltham as an area is not the best - limited food options and it is quite out of the way from hotspots such as Ealing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is very good and silent. Bus stop is just 2min walk to catch H25 bus. Have very good and clam location next to Haworth park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response in couple of hours. When I had issue with bathroom fitting, management has responded quickly and arranged fittings.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I learned about the property in advance about contract. Maintenance and support I get. Management process was so quick and hassle free. Everything was smooth and way going
