Lovely place to live, with expected difficulties with management and service charges not in one’s control.

Design is excellent but construction was not done to the standards it should have been in some areas and specific cases. Generally it’s a lovely place to live, people and neighbours all of high calibre. Management of finances could be better and the access to the gym and concierge is not available to the shared ownership block, a bit of an apartheid really.

Opposite underground station. Lovely and safe area, close to leafy suburbs. Parking on site is available for those that bought, otherwise street parking is not available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not always positive. Many times we are fobbed off without proper investigation. The housing association is clueless as to what actually happens at the development while they try to act as mediators.

Possibility of escalating service charges was not really well explained.

The apartments look great but huge problems for a newish building. Boiler breaks down on a monthly basis, fixtures age quickly and the building management is hopeless. I received a bill for 12 months hot water 6 months after I moved out.

Great location opposite the tube as long as you don't have an apartment facing the railway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They weren't responsive at all but the concierge try hard.

Never deal with Hamptons Putney.

I love the view of the development and the property has a nice interior design. It isn’t as well built as other developments which is disappointing and we cannot use the gym which is also a disappointment. Modern property nonetheless.

I like the shops nearby as well as the pubs and nightlife. It can get noisy sometimes.

The flat is a bit small, it is very modern though the outside areas are nice and well kept. We also have a gym. It’s really well connected, tube next door we have train stations and river boat aerviced The building management isn’t great as well.

I don’t like the heavy pollution from being near the road and tubes etc. The convenience is great here.

It can get a bit noisy because there’s a builders merchants behind the block.

There is a nice sense of community in the area developing with local pubs and shops adding to that. I do enjoy how peaceful the area is during the day which allows me to rest on my days off. The property is very expensive but the spacious design justifies its value somewhat.

I like the restaurants and the shops nearby, the transport is really convenient too.

Yes but they are somewhat slow with their responses
