The development is located in the heart of Uxbridge, and is only a 10-minute walk away from Uxbridge station, which has links to both the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines. Annington reviews "The flat is awesome. Everything is high class and modern. It is also so well designed and so spacious!! And it has lots of storage space. I could never imagine so anything else like this in London. I also got a large balcony with a stunning view. Another great thing is pets are allowed. I am planning to bring my dog and my cat from Romania. It is just so nice living in a place like this as everyone can have their pets and the building is full of life." - Verified Resident on Pinpoint You can read more resident reviews on HomeViews by clicking on the properties below. Sadly now an over-priced, badly maintained dump - look elsewhere for a decent rental

High turn over of poor "management" staff, but maintenance man seems to enjoy his job - does nothing much except squat and smoke in non-smoking areas outside people's flats. The whole development is supposed to be non-smoking, but that clearly doesn't apply to staff, only to the tenants paying way above market rent to live in what could be s great development if property managed, but is, in fact, now a very expensive dump.

overall, Pinnpoint us a great landlord with new look buildings thst are secured, modern, well lit, and convenient. The agents are easy to vomminicate and friendly. There are restrictions however that i don't feel would be necessary such as wall decorations-no holes, high cist if parking in garage, no shoes policy outside the flat door

The balcony door can add a door stopper that not closing automatically. Maybe balcony door can design better like sliding door. Or not opening on the side so have better ventilation in summer. The facing of the sunlight We have too much sunlight in the room in the morning and less sunlight in the living room. Hope you can consider the Sun facing side to arrange the bedrooms and living room in the future planning. The Leasing and Customer Service Associate, Chandni Gill and her team is so helpful in all aspect. They help me to rent a house smoothly and provide instant help to us. They are the asset of the property management

That said, there were a lot of positives for the area. Firstly, the management were always polite and prompt, and attempted (where they could) to help us with any issues we had. The location was great, and the flats themselves were clean and well insulated. Although there was some development going on in the surrounding areas, it's understandable - the government dictate how much development needs to happen over a certain time period. Also, the church bells were lovely.

Where to start, the building, the main doors to the building have been out of order for 6 months, the door locks fail on a weekly basis allowing anyone to enter the building and roam the halls so keep . Reports of teenagers gaining access to the building and running riot and parcels being stolen from the post area. The intercom doesn't work so anytime i get a delivery they have to phone me and I end up going down to open the door for them or collect from the curbside. Inside the apartments are ok, they are a "good" spec, but certainly not the "luxury" as advertised, if you enjoy taking a bath your out of luck as the baths are more like oversized shower trays capable of holding 3 inches of water. Advertised is a "community" however the only community i have seen is antisocial dog owners having their dogs off lead during a pandemic, cigarette and pot smokers on balconies making your apartment smell like and more recently a torrent of flies all around the development meaning your unable to open your balcony door without having 20 flies enter your apartment from outside. Recently there was a fire in an apartment in our block which was attended by 6 fire trucks and a aerial appliance, I am not sure what the damage was but how do you set fire to an apartment that by law must be fire retardant takes some doing. No fire alarm, no warning, no just in case evacuation, and no news until 16 hours later from the building management team saying they are investigating and couldn't share any more information. All that combined with its a building site, apartments in construction. Derelict houses awaiting demolition. There's a terrible park that when it rains is intransitable. Patches of dead grass where the excessive number of dogs have killed the grass from excessive urination. BoJo has his Uxbridge church thinking its Big Ben and rings bells from 5am to 1am every hour and at other random times during the hour. Sunday you get a barrage of out of sync bell ringers ringing bells at 10am where not even the double glazing and curtains can save you. Monday and Tuesday is bin collection day, sometimes you have 100+ apartments worth of stinking bins put out on a Friday and have to walk past it for the next three days until its collected. There must be an Ambulance station nearby due to the frequent screaming ambulances you hear from the main road. This place is not for peace, quiet and stress free living.
