Staying at The Gessner is a great experience. Firstly, it’s very convenient as it’s close to Victoria Line and National Rail, just a 3-minute walk to the station. Within a 5-7 minute walk, there’s a large retail park where you can pretty much buy everything you need!

Please review your development:

The room is already furnished, and the reception will assist you with check-in. The check-in process is very smooth! The entire building and elevator are equipped with keycard access, making it very secure! All packages will be placed in a designated locker, and the reception will assist with signing for large packages.

Paradise!

Review Date Sep 2024

Transport links are incredible!!! I wasn’t able to get a parking permit but have unlimited access to visitor permits which are just £5 a day, which works out as much cheaper than other parking options in London.

Please review your development:

I love living here; feels like a little paradise tucked away in London!! The building’s management, particularly Jinia, have always been so helpful, warm and friendly and make it really feel like a home. The communal spaces are unbelievable and have made me fall in love with hosting. Also the gym is possibly the nicest gym I’ve ever seen.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known that we don’t qualify for parking permits!! But I’m grateful that with the support of management, I’ve been able to resolve my parking challenges.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Jinia has always been immediately on hand to help with any issues and queries and is endlessly patient, knowledgeable and supportive! So grateful to have her in the building 🙂

Good links via Tottenham Hale station (5min away) and good access to the wetlands, and there is a park right on our doorstep. The high streets of Seven Sisters and Tottenham are both a 10 min walk away

Please review your development:

The building and amenities are exceptional. Amazing design that is impressive as well as comfortable. The gym and rooftop/orangery are very generous too. The management team are really friendly and helpful. And any issues can be dealt with easily via the app.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe needs to have a quality/independent cafe and convenience store close by. Given it’s a place that’s great to WFH from, I notice I miss these amenities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a problem with the dishwasher straight away. It was dealt with quickly and easily via the app.
